I cannot thank James at Delta Computers enough for the new Microsoft Surface Pro. James took care of the application super fast and I am extremely happy with the level of customer service and how easy the process was. This is the third Surface Pro we have had from Delta Computers along with a Gaming Pc and another Laptop. Every time I have used Delta Computers the staff at Delta have been super friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Delta for your computer needs!

The guys at Delta are fantastic. We just hired a brand new 65" 4k Smart TV and the whole family is in love with it. We cancelled Foxtel and now watch Netflix (and the kids YouTube) as well as lots of other things in front of a beautiful big screen. Thanks Delta :)Adding to this, we've just added a Surface Pro onto our order and once again the guys were terrific and the service prompt and efficient. Delta rentals are an amazing company was in the area and walked in looking for some information on their gaming computer range,Coming from consoles and not knowing anything about the specifications the team at delta helped me figure out the best rig for what I intended to play and amazing had me in and out under an hour with a brand new computer.I now can enjoy and relax knowing any issues with the pc will be handled by the fully qualified team at delta rentals.I Could not recommend these guys enough!

Almost finished paying off my first product bundle through Delta Computers, held off giving this review for almost two years to ensure I had a good understanding of their service.I purchased a custom built gaming rig and monitor costing me $85.20 a fortnight, I picked the computer up the same day I applied for the plan which was a life saver for me when my previous pc shorted out the night before; frying every part in the computer.I haven't had any issues with the pc itself and am completely happy with my decision to go through DeltaIll say it straight, They deserve their 5 star rating , In 2 years I had one problem with a payment and received a friendly call asking what had happened and if there where any issues. They were professional, friendly and lacked the overbearing attitude of almost all service providers payment call centres.All in all the only thing that Delta could do to improve would be a slightly more diverse range of options in custom builds.Otherwise if your not sure of making a decision I believe you wouldn't regret trying these guys out

I have been with Delta computers for a few years now. The customer service here is absolutely amazing, I’ve got both mine and my partners Mac books,a Microsoft surface, PS4 and the latest edition to the family from them is a gaming pc the build is absolutely amazing they are always very helpful and happy to answer any questions. I have been with delta for maybe 6 or 7 years now, I've never had a problem with them they definitely know their stuff with every bit of equipment they have to offer. They explain to you in very simple detail, If you have no idea what exactly you need they will simply steer you in the right direction. They only offer the best of the best quality stuff and the payments are definitely not overly expensive (considering the products and their quality) and I'm a LOW INCOME earner! BAD CREDIT is definitely no problem with these guys As long as YOU do the right thing! I get all my stuff from them I go nowhere else... could not speak any higher of these guys Thank you to Daniel James and Danny!!! 😊

The guys at Delta took the time to listen to what I was using the machine for, and what I currently had, to ensure I was getting something suitable. The costs are laid out up front, and the pickup process was great. You're also taken through a range of options to either upgrade or downgrade, with no pressure put on this. I removed 2 items without question, dropping my rental costs, and everything was perfectly fine.

Staff are helpful. Iv had a couple computers from them now, whilst it may not work out cheaper in the long run they certainly offer a beneficial service. My latest pc had components upgrades for better gaming which has worked out really well.

A few months ago I became very interested in getting my own gaming PC. Of course I didn't have the money to buy one outright so renting to buy seemed like a great option. I had a browse online for some places in my local area and found Delta Computers and Rentals. I contacted them and received a very quick and personal response (not an automated response) via email. They went through the process with me over the next two days via email and phone and by day three they were building my PC.I was very happy with how quickly and smoothly the entire process went and when the time came to pick up my PC they welcomed me inside and went through the contract with me first to make sure I understood everything. Afterwards they helped me carry the PC to my car and have followed up with me recently to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and let me know to contact them if I needed anything else.Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly, respectful and provided with me with fantastic advice about my build.I highly recommend Delta Computers and Rentals Applecross for any PC gaming builds :)

Awesome staff here, they are so friendly and willing to help with anything be it a purchase or a problem. I have been with them for 3-4 years now, I’ve got 2 computers and PlayStation 4 in that time and I intend to stay with them for as long as I can because not only do they make my life easier by allowing me to have a very good gaming computer on a payment plan and also the security of their tech team if I have any issues at all.The prices here are fair and a lot cheaper and better value than other rental companies I have looked at and the range of stuff they have is crazy.I’ll never complain about all the extras that you get with rental either. I would recommend these guys if you’re looking for a trusted company to help you.

Delta were so helpful to me when I had to find a laptop for my daughter for high school. Paul was friendly and courteous and went out of his way to find the perfect computer which suited our needs. I then had to find a laptop for myself for Uni. I called Paul on the phone and he straight away found one and had the paperwork all ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. After having my businesses laptop broke down I contacted the company our office uses that installed the new hard drive that just failed to get a replacement laptop asap and recover my data, after calling them at 11am in the morning I was assured I would get a call back soon due the nature of my issues. I had still not heard anything by close of business that day even after I followed up at 2pm stating I needed this addressed urgently. At the end of the day I decided to place an out of hours enquiry to Delta Computers about a replacement laptop and data recovery from my old laptop.The next day I woke up to an email from James at Delta providing me with options for a new laptop and data recovery assistance. I still had not heard from the company I had contacted and worked with for 2 years previously. I cannot state how important it was for me to recover the data fast from my previous weeks work and get back up and running fast.In the end Delta Computers have now provided me with a fully functional laptop, recovered all of my data from my old laptop and all within 24 hours of the initial request. Their customer service was second to none and I will be using them going forward and referring them to all my clients.Great work James and all the team at Delta Computers. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional customer service and repairs offered by Delta Computers on Saturday 17th September 2016.On the phone, I spoke to a staff member about a badly cracked laptop screen at 10.30am and by mid-day the computer was fixed!!! The staff member was even willing to stay past closing time to fix the computer for us if need be. I would highly recommend Delta Computers to anyone.

I was very impressed with Delta's services. They offered a quick, over the phone quote after listening carefully to my laptop computer issue. They offered a quick one-hour turn around service, and were flexible to when I could drop my laptop in. Friendly and efficient in the office, all of Delta's staff are well dressed and professional. One morning i woke up to find that my son had stepped on my laptop and broken the screen and I needed the computer for work that day, I looked up delta computers and called them up. They quoted me a good price and then told me it could be fixed in around an hour. Less than an hour later they called me up and told me it was ready to be picked up. Everything worked normally and I was very pleased.

I was desperate to get my laptop fixed after it got infected with a virus. I needed to complete a report for work and couldn't even get into my laptop. I called them up and they said to bring it in. They called me within 2 hours of me dropping it in and told me what needed to be done.I gave the go ahead and they had it fixed within 24 hours. Delta rentals are an amazing company was in the area and walked in looking for some information on their gaming computer range,
Coming from consoles and not knowing anything about the specifications the team at delta helped me figure out the best rig for what I intended to play and had me in and out well under an hour with a brand new computer.

I now can enjoy and relax knowing any issues with the pc will be handled by the fully qualified team at delta rentals.

I walked into the Canning Bridge store at 4:30 in the afternoon. I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and the service was amazing. Daniel couldn’t have been more helpful and I left with a full gaming computer set up that he even carried to my car for me. My partner and I both recently got brand new iPhone XR’s from Delta computers & rentals, the service we received was beyond our expectations and was second to none. I found the service to be extremely quick and thorough, we received our phones on the same day that we applied which was extremely convenient. I highly recommend Daniel as a salesman, he not only helped us every step of the way with patience he was very approachable and funny as well which helps with the tedious chore that renting products usually is. I have only just recently received a laptop from these guys and I have to say, I'm so thrilled with both the product and the customer service!

I am extremely happy with my new gaming PC, I run a Plex media server of it with absolutely no dramas. compared to my old Mac which had major buffering issues I can game while the misses watches a movie in the bedroom and the boy watches his anime in the lounge.. absolute beast of a machine does everything I want it to do. full warranty for 2 years and ability to upgrade if I desire.. the service is unparalleled and I highly recommend seeing Delta for any tech you may need! thumbs up guys top work!
