CAN I PURCHASE THE TECHNOLOGY AT THE END OF THE RENTAL PLAN?

Yes, we are always happy to negotiate the sale of the technology at the end of the rental plan. We always write to you with an estimate of the sale price, this will be no less than 90 days from the end of the contract.

This is an important option for many of our customers and we believe in full transparency with our customers. Our relationships with our customers over 25 years are based on our fairness as a company.

Please note the credit act is very clear that you do not have the right to buy the goods, nor are you obliged to buy the goods at any time during or at the end of the rental period.

WHAT ARE MY OTHER OPTIONS AT THE END OF MY RENTAL PLAN?

Apart from purchasing the technology as outlined above – 

You have many other options at the end of your rental plan:

1. Continue to rent on a month by month basis. If you continue to rent you will receive our comprehensive warranty and support package.
2. Return the goods as you no longer need it
3. Upgrade to the latest technology

CAN I PURCHASE THE TECHNOLOGY DURING THE RENTAL PLAN?

Yes, we are always happy to negotiate the sale of the goods during the rental plan. Please contact us and we can advise you of the pay out amount. There are no penalties for paying out early and the amount will always be less than if you complete the full term.

Common reasons we find customers like to pay out their technology early are:

1. Reducing financial commitments when going for a home loan
2. After receiving a financial windfall such as a tax return, customers like to reduce their financial liabilities.

Please note the credit act is very clear that you do not have the right to buy the goods, nor are you obliged to buy the goods at any time during or at the end of the rental period.

CAN I RETURN THE TECHNOLOGY DURING THE RENTAL PLAN?

We often allow our customer to return the goods during the rental plan, however a fee may be involved. In determining the fee, we must consider how far into the rental you are and the condition of the technology.

CAN I UPGRADE MY TECHNOLOGY DURING THE RENTAL PLAN?

Our customers love the flexibility of upgrading to keep up with technology. We often allow our customers to upgrade the goods during the rental plan, however a fee may be involved.

In determining the fee, we must consider how far into the rental plan you are and the condition of the technology.
