3. The PS4 is not a gift. It is a rental item that will be rented at $0 for the 24 month period. Delta Computers Applecross reserves the right of ownership of all rental items under the rental agreement. 
4. This offer is only available to eligible customers. Delta Computers Applecross reserves the right to determine the eligibility of current customers when applying for the special offered.
5. All offers are subject to credit approval for new customers. Delta Computers Applecross reserves the sole right to process applications and determine eligibility.
