Delta rentals are an amazing company was in the area and walked in looking for some information on their gaming computer range,
Coming from consoles and not knowing anything about the specifications the team at delta helped me figure out the best rig for what I intended to play and had me in and out well under an hour with a brand new computer.

I now can enjoy and relax knowing any issues with the pc will be handled by the fully qualified team at delta rentals.
I Could not recommend these guys enough!

First, I shall mention the positive aspects of my experience with Delta Rentals: I needed a replacement computer in a hurry, early in August of 2021, in order to undertake a specific online course. In this respect, Delta Rentals accommodated me with alacrity, for which I am deeply appreciative, especially as the matter at hand was time-critical.Negative criticism: I stipulated that I wanted an i7 CPU operating with a clock speed of 3.4 GHz as an absolute minimum, whereas I discovered that the i7 CPU installed had a fixed clock speed of 2.90 GHz. This was far below my requirements, given that I required fast processing and execution with regards to stock exchange trading, as well as large file-size photographic images, videos, and audio processing. In this respect, the woman acting as the sales consultant on behalf of the company, failed to listen and ensure that my requests were met.Additionally, neither the computer device drivers not the motherboard diagrammatics were supplied with the computer. This proved problematic, given that the computer was formatted for a RAID configuration, which I never requested nor sought. Further, the hard disk drive in the computer was not displayed. Instead, only the SSD with a maximum of 465 GB, was visible as Drive C, which quickly ran out of storage space.This resulted in an additional expense to myself, as I needed and paid for the expertise of a third-party computer technician to backup my valuable data from the SSD, remove the RAID configuration (which I never requested), render visible the hard disk drive (HDD), set the HDD as the primary drive for data and third-party software, while setting the SSD as the location for the Windows 10 installation, thereby leaving the initial and old Windows 10 on the SSD - consuming and wasting precious space on the SSD itself, and installing a new Windows 10 on the same SSD - a requirement in order to defray the costs of otherwise paying a second time for the Windows 10 Home operating system from Delta Rentals.Given that Delta Rentals did not provide me with driver software for the computer when I entered into the rent/purchase plan, for such occasions as now exists to clean/erase and reformat the computer, due to the operating system, and consequently, the hardware, failing to recognise Microsoft Word, and my relatively new Brother laser printer, I have had to purchase additional software in order to diagnose and download driver software which I shall need to install after reformatting the computer in order that my Microsoft Word and my Brother laser printer shall work. In the meantime, both my work, and my wife's work, writing various academic drafts, have been compromised.Perhaps my experience with Delta Rentals with regard to a computer rental-purchase was an isolated anomaly, but it has been the cause of unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and third-party cost.I desire to do more business with Delta Rentals, given my need and the need of my wife to upgrade to faster, more reliable and more up to date computers, but given our experience thus far, I regret to express considerable hesitancy either dealing with Delta Rentals in the future, or with regard to recommending them.Addendum:The ASUS PRIME H570-PLUS motherboard in this system leaves much to be desired. It is a great "budget" motherboard, but that is where it begins and ends. A higher-end motherboard would have been better. Admittedly, i am accustomed to high-end Gigabyte motherboards..Also, the Host Controller is a PCIe Gen3 x4 SSD. Sorry, but a Gen 3 x 4 SSD doesn't cut it for me and I find its performance disappointing, while reasonable.

The ease of signing with Delta to get a computer system is unbelievable. Hassle free process and friendly experienced staff (awesome work Catie) allowed me to choose my computer package and pick it up all on the same day. Catie was amazing to work with and assisted greatly in choosing a computer package that suited my needs - while still being aesthetically pleasing. This will be my third computer through Delta and I honestly could not recommend them more highly.

Daniel from Delta Computer Rentals made my experience with delta 5 star!As I work in real estate having a fast efficient MacBook is the secret to my job, and after my old laptop dying I literally had 24 hours to find another before my job became a nightmare to manage. Within 24 hours I had myself a brand new MacBook and was back up and running again.
