1. The promoter is: Delta Computers Applecross. 9A 890 Canning Hwy Applecross (08 9316 9310)
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
4. The promotion is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18+ excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents and any other person professionally connected with this promotion.
5. To enter the competition, simply “Like or Share” this post and make a comment with which prize you would like to win. You must also have liked our Facebook page to be eligible to win.(www.facebook.com/Deltacomputersandrentals)  
6. Participants that both like AND share the status will double their chances of winning by receiving 2 entries. Participants in the promotion do not have to share the status to enter into the draw. However sharing must be done to “Public”. Delta Computers cannot be held responsible for individual user settings. “Shares” can only be seen and counted if shared to “public”. Please ensure your individual Facebook settings allow for sharing to “Public”.
7. Entries will commence on the 22nd June 2015. Winners will be drawn at random on the 31st July 2015 AWST at 11:00am.
8. Prizes are as follows: 1x Apple iPhone 6 Plus 16GB (Model: 116910), 1x LG 60” Smart LED TV (Model: 60LF6300) and 1x Apple MacBook Air (Model: MJVE2X/A). 1 Person can only win 1 prize. The promoter reserves the right to use their discretion when suspicious entries are found.
9. The winning entries will be randomly selected from the eligible entries. The winner will be notified by way of a personal message via Facebook and additionally notified in a status update tagging the winner within 28 days of the competition end. The prize is to be collected from Delta Computers in Applecross. There will be no shipping under any circumstances. Prizes must be collected within 14 days of being notified. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into afterwards.
10. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to its Facebook Page and is not responsible for any disruption to the promotion or its Facebook Page due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. Prizes will come with standard manufacturer’s warranty. A letter will be provided if requested detailing the date won. Warranty claims are to be processed through the manufacturer only.
14.
