Good evening,
I am writing this email to inform you that the service I have received from your Applecross Staff has been exemplary.
Over the past four years as a customer, all the staff past and present that I have encountered have been, friendly, polite, courteous and professional.
Today, I was served by Rosie. Rosie took my call this morning and informed me that she will look into my application and will get back to me as soon as she possibly could. Rosie phoned a few hours later and informed me that my application was successful. I told her I would be there before the store closed.
I asked my supervisor if I could leave early and was given permission to do so. When I left my job, I phoned ahead and spoke with Rosie and explained I might be cutting it close. Rosie’s response was “Give the office a call if you think you will be later than closing and I will wait” I was so grateful to her response.
To me, a mere customer, that showed that Rosie was willing to go above and beyond to ensure a customer’s satisfaction.
When I arrived at the store, I was greeted with a warm welcome, not just from Rosie, but also her colleagues that were present, even though it was near the end of their day.
I know this is long winded, but I honestly felt that you needed to know how amazing your staff at the Applecross store in WA are.

Excellent customer service. Kevin was extremely helpful/knowledgeable answering all my questions and dealing with me as I'm "one of those customers" haha. I'm always asking random questions or asking if I can do particular things, he was very kind throughout the whole process and was able to explain things in a way I would understand.
My partner has used Delta for over 10yrs for two builds so I had confidence in my first build going well. They've also built PCs for a lot of our friends as well.

What a pleasure dealing with Delta Rentals. In particular, Catie, the consultant handling my application, was kind, very friendly, professional and flexible. With the Easter long weekend approaching when i applied, she had everythjng checked and approved and i was able to pick my new Samsung mobile phone up by the close of business on the Thursday. The rapport she builds with her clients is fantastic and i would definitely recommend choosing your next Rent to Buy item from Delta Rentals.

Delt with Levi and then Kevin as Levi had moved on to other things. They are both awesome. The whole process was smooth and simple. Everyone was accommodating and polite. I am a bit of an over thinker and ask a lot of questions but there was never any rudeness from Deltas end. The PC is looks sexy and put together well and I got everything I wanted even when I made last minute changed to the build and storage specs I wanted. Honestly I think delta is possibly the best experience I've had with a PC build. I know if you look into the actual build like it does turn out a bitmore to rent then buy but honesty the team at delta make it worth it. And also especially with the cost of PC components atm 50 to 80 bucks a week is a lot easier to manage then parting with $5k pluss if u want something decent these days. Also alot easier to get over the wife's approval list haha
